Road to the Little Mo Nationals Returns for 22nd Year

The Maureen Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation (MCB) announced on Thursday that the “Road to the Little Mo Nationals” will return for its 22nd year this summer.

The circuit begins each spring with 20 different sectionals held across the country, which advance to four regionals held in the summer, and culminates with the prestigious “Little Mo” Nationals held in the fall. 

The top eight players from each age division at each sectional advance to the four “Little Mo” Regionals. The top four players from each age division at each regional advance to the Nationals held at the Austin Tennis Academy in Austin, Texas from September 27-30, 2019.

“Little Mo” has partnered with UTR as its new software platform for registration. You can find the tournament on the UTR page, and register for the tournament by creating a My UTR account.

The “Little Mo” is truly a “one of a kind” tournament for young tennis players and last year, approximately 3,000 youngsters worldwide competed in the “Little Mo” circuit.

The first leg of the 2019 “Little Mo” Slam begins in California at Newport Beach Tennis Club in Newport Beach. The event runs from June 28 – July 3, and will even feature a clinic given by Wayne Bryan, father and coach of the Bryan Brothers, prior to the Opening Ceremony. The winners of each yellow ball division will receive a $500 grant from “Little Mo”.
