Long Island High School Tennis Results from Monday, March 15:


Hewlett 4, Port Washington 3

The third doubles team of Rachel Halpert and Rachel Kouderer won 7-5, 6-3 over Phoebe Levitsky & Grace Ain to clinch Hewlett’s win.


Great Neck South 6, Garden City 1

Samantha Zeltzer of Great Neck South won 10-2 at first singles to lead the Rebels.


North Shore 7, Glen Cove 0

North Shore’s first singles player Ava Scordo won 6-1, 6-1 as North Shore improved to 2-0.


Oceanside 5, Calhoun 2

All four of Oceanside’s doubles teams notched wins, including the first doubles team of Paige Vesely & Isabel Weintraub.


Herricks 5, Plainview-Old Bethpage 2

Chanya Tipmanee held on to win 6-4, 2-6, 6-1 at third singles for Herricks.


Clarke 5, New Hyde Park 2

Clarke received victories from all four doubles teams including a straight-sets win by the third doubles tandem of Itohan Eke & Jonna Lee.


Friends Academy 5, Wheatley 2

Isabella Sha led the way for Friends Academy with a straight-sets win at first singles.


Oyster Bay 4, Hicksville 3

Oyster Bay edged Hicksville as Rose Lindstrom notched a key win at second singles.


Locust Valley 7, Carle Place 0

Maddie Driscoll defeated Alexia Freebody at second singles to help push Locust Valley to 2-0 on the season.


South Side 5, Long Beach 2

South Side won three of the doubles courts including Cara Bo & Maddie Wallace’s second doubles win as the Cyclones improved to 2-0.


West Hempstead 4, Uniondale 0

Abigail Iseson was a 6-4, 6-4 winner at first singles to lead West Hempstead.


Lynbrook 6, Bellmore JFK 1

Ambiya Hussain and Lexie Samelson won at second and third singles, respectively, to guide Lynbrook. 


East Meadow 7, Carey-Sewanhaka 0

Melissa Sunny & Krista Gigi won 6-1, 7-5 at third doubles for East Meadow.
