USPTA Educational Seminar Set for Feb. 25th in Kings Park, N.Y.

On Friday, Feb. 25, the USPTA will be hosting its Educational Seminar and Networking Event at Sportime Kinks Park, located at 275 Old Indian Head Road in Kings Park, N.Y. This education interactive event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end when the tournament concludes. Music will be provided by The Human I-Pod, and food and drinks will be provided. USPTA members and Sportime employees are free to attend, and there will be a $10 charge for all other attendees. Pre-registration and an entry fee are required for the ONE-ON-DOUBLES prize money tournament.

This event will feature:

►Tim Mayotte, former world number seven-ranked player and USTA national coach discussing "Developing High Performance Juniors"

►Katrina Adams, former world number eight-ranked doubles player and analyst for the Tennis Channel discussing "Doubles Positioning and Tactics"

►Lawrence Kleger, USTA High Performance Coach and executive director of tennis at Sportime clubs

►Jay Harris, former Brown University head coach discussing "How to Help Your Juniors Prepare for College Tennis"

►Whitney Kraft, director of tennis at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, giving a demonstration of beach tennis

►Ed Krass, creator of ONE-ON-ONE DOUBLES and owner of College Exposure Camps, will be delivering a demonstration and hosting the ONE-ON-ONE DOUBLES tournament
